II: Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, which must be undamaged. The item must have all tags attached. Please provide proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation). A valid reason for the return must be provided, and prior communication with our customer service team is required.

Step 2: Ship your order back to us
Please send the item(s) to the address provided on the return form, including the completed return form inside the package. It is essential to include a tracking number with your return shipment. As the sender, you are responsible for the item until it reaches us; we want to avoid any misunderstandings.
Step 3: Refund Processing
Once we have received and inspected your returned package, we will process your refund. The refund will be initiated within 5 business days.
IV: Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Please understand that your bank or credit card issuer may take some time to post the credit to your account. Specific circumstances will be handled according to actual communication.

Custom Orders: For personalized or custom-made products, orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, production has commenced, and returns or refunds are not possible.
